This Privacy Policy describes how Mina - AI Song & Music Maker (the "App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. Mina is a casual entertainment app that lets you create personalized songs, AI covers, and custom voice-based content for your own enjoyment — for example, as a personalized gift, for sharing on social media (such as TikTok or Instagram Reels), or for parody and cover content. It is not intended as a professional music-production or commercial-licensing tool.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: an identifier associated with your device or App Store account, used to sync your songs, purchases, and settings.
• Prompts and creative input: text prompts, song lyrics, style descriptions, and any images you submit to generate music, covers, or artwork.
• Voice recordings: if you choose to create a custom AI voice ("Voice Persona"), short audio recordings of your voice, including a verification phrase used to confirm the voice belongs to you.
• Generated content: the songs, lyrics, covers, and voice-based content the App creates for you, which we store so you can access them later.
• Purchase information: subscription and in-app purchase status, managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Support communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, such as your email address and the content of your message.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system and version, and app version.
• Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session duration, and timestamps, used to understand how the App is used and to fix problems.
• Approximate location: a general geographic area (e.g., country or region) derived from your IP address, used for analytics purposes. We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
• Crash and diagnostic data: crash logs and performance data used to identify and fix bugs.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• generate the songs, lyrics, covers, and Voice Personas you request;
• operate, maintain, and improve the App;
